Bought the windows client and their support is inexistant , I've send them multiple emails through their web form and contact info and never have replied. I need to configure the virtual printer and move my instalation to another pc.

Installed the app, Installed the desktop client, the two devices connected. Signature did not work. Phone app continues to say "waiting for signature task"

Doesn't work, says it is connected, but desktop software doesn't send it the signature.
